KWD Chartered Surveyors was established in 2010 by Graham Walker FRICS and Bryony Cotterall BSc Hons MRICS.

Over the last 10 years, the company has experienced rapid growth and is now affiliated with large established companies and emerging progressive associations looking to improve the services provided to the public, in line with RICS core professional and ethical standards. Being an active and engaged member in the surveying industry is imperative in providing you with the best possible services. 

Graham Walker FRICS has over 40 years’ experience within the commercial and residential environment and has imparted his considerable knowledge and expertise to the team of chartered surveyors now employed by KWD as the company continues to grow. As with any company, much like a building, the foundations are key to performance and service provided.
